We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, it's important to familiarize yourself with our rental policy before making a reservation.

**1. Deposit Policy:**

- A deposit is required to secure your rental reservation.
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, except:

- We understand that unpredictable weather can impact your plans. Therefore, we offer a refund of the deposit in the following weather conditions:
- Storm
- Tornado
- Windy conditions with gusts exceeding [provide wind speed threshold here, e.g., 25 mph]
- Rain forecast with a probability exceeding 65%

**Cancellation Policy:**

- If you need to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions as mentioned above, please notify us as soon as possible.
- In case of cancellation due to eligible weather conditions, your deposit will be refunded in full
- The deposit is not refundable through other methods

**Rescheduling:**

- If the weather forecast indicates adverse conditions, you have the option to reschedule your rental for another date, subject to availability.
- We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request without any additional charges.

** Rental Agreement:**

- By booking with us, you agree to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- A detailed rental agreement will be provided to you upon reservation confirmation.
